What Is NaNoWriMo?

National Novel Writing Month takes place annually during the month of November. Writers set a word count goal (typically 50,000, which is the length of The Great Gatsby) and they have thirty days to reach that goal!

November may be over, but don't stop writing! If you loved NaNoWriMo and want to participate next year, or if you are looking to participate for the first time, check out NaNo Prep 101!

If you finished a work during NaNoWriMo, congratulations! Discover your next steps here.
