Founded in 2009, Global Peace Foundation (GPF) is an international non-sectarian, non-partisan, nonprofit organization, that promotes an innovative, values-based approach to peacebuilding, guided by the vision of One Family under God. GPF engages and organizes a global network of public and private sector partners who develop community, national, and regional peacebuilding models as the foundation for ethical and cohesive societies.

Founded in 1990 the IPRA Foundation, a non-profit, tax-exempt organization, furthers the purposes and activities of the International Peace Research Association (IPRA) which, since 1965, has sought to enhance the processes of peace. The mission of the IPRA Foundation is to advance the field of peace research through rigorous investigation into the causes of conflict and examination of alternatives to violence. Peace researchers inform peace activities that inspire visions of a peaceful world.

The Peace and Justice Studies Association (PJSA) serves as a professional association for scholars in the field of peace and conflict studies. PJSA is dedicated to bringing together academics, educators, and activists to explore alternatives to violence and share visions and strategies for peacebuilding, social justice, and social change. We welcome all peace institutions, peace instructors, peace practitioners and peace activists to become members of our dynamic organization.

For over 40 years, USIP has provided those working for peace with proven approaches, practical policy research and a platform to convene diverse stakeholders. Because of USIP’s independent, nonpartisan status, it is a trusted intermediary and neutral interlocutor, able to convene and facilitate global peacebuilding efforts. USIP’s staff work at the Institute’s Washington, DC headquarters and on the ground in some of the world’s most dangerous regions. In connection with its research, education and training activities, USIP hosts and engages with a range of stakeholders who are committed to working for peace or learning about nonviolent resolution of conflict, including members of Congress, religious leaders, students, veterans, and leaders from around the world.

Since its founding, The Carter Center has sought to wage peace and build hope through the mediation and prevention of conflicts and the promotion of democracy, human rights, and the rule of law. Our peace programs use data to inform our work and specifically focus on locally led development, gender and inclusion, and addressing the effects of climate change.
